Natalie participates in a variety of events throughout the year. In 2009, she sponsored and hosted Tweak Your (She)ic Image & Beauty Lounge an exclusive event that offered women an afternoon of spectacular pampering, rejuvenating and empowerment while supporting Suited For Change, a non-profit dedicated to helping disadvantaged women rehabilitate back into the workforce through programs, clothing and mentoring initiatives. At the event, women indulged in spa treatments, massages, mini-manicures, fashion styling, personal training demos and more. Women In Surgery Career Symposium Friday, June 1, 2012 - 1:15pm

Natalie Jobity will be a featured speaker in the 3rd annual WIS Career Symposium in partnership with John Hopkins University held this year at Hyatt Regency Baltimore MD. The event takes place from May 31-June 2.

The 3-day symposium attracts hundreds of female surgeons from those soon to graduate to seasoned professionals, many of whom are thought leaders in surgery and pioneers in advancing women in surgery. Surgeons attend looking for personal and professional empowerment, knowledge and support. Natalie is one of the few non-medical speakers invited to address this audience. Her presentation titled: "Professional Image Makeover: Embracing Femininity in Surgery" will focus on ways female surgeons can embrace their femininity as surgeons while still maintaining their command in what is still a very male dominated field.

This annual event to raise funds for the American Heart Association will take place at Turf Valley Resort in Ellicott City, MD. Saturday, 5 May 2012 - 6:30pm

The ball is an elegant, black tie celebration of life, bringing together over 200 of Howard County's philanthropists, doctors, community leaders and corporate sponsors to pay tribute to the American Heart association's impact on the community.

Natalie is an Auction Committee member and will be donating Elan Image Management Services as part of the Silent Auction.
